Michael Scholz - Trick Shot Show Artist & Master of Ceremonies

"PROVIDING RELEVANT GOLF DAY ENTERTAINMENT"

Entertainment for a golf day should be relevant to golf, thus a band, comedian or a chainsaw juggler are not only inappropriate, but are also typically very expensive.

As South Africa’s leading golf trick shot artist, golf day entertainer and Master of Ceremonies, Michael Scholz can offer you the most enjoyable and most relevant entertainment.

Michael has facilitated hundreds of golf days, gala dinners and functions as a Master of Ceremonies and guest speaker. Along with a comedic repertoire of golfing anecdotes, being a professional golfer and having a full understanding of the game of golf, the formats and golfer’s expectations of prize-givings assists with ensuring the success of the event. He has also been utilised as a guest speaker for many functions to convey accounts of “life on tour” and enlighten guests regarding golf and its famous characters. He is also an experienced auctioneer and assists a number of auction memorabilia companies with incorporating and auctioning auction items at golf days and fundraising events. Michael has been a professional golfer since 1992 and has played and been a member of the Sunshine Tour, European Tour, the Asian Tour and the European Challenge Tour. In that time, he had over 20 top 10 finishes on these circuits in his journey as playing professional. After an 11 year layoff from competitive golf, he is now competing on the Sunshine Tour on a full-time basis again.

This all offers you the certainty that the quality of the shots that feature in the shows, are of the highest standard, unlike some golf entertainers who fail dismally in this department.

The show includes an all-new line-up of shots, tricks and characters including James Bond, Sipho the Spirit of Isandlawana, Pieter de Villiers, Basil Naidoo, Gatiep and Berryl.

For reference, the show is changed regularly to avoid guests assuming that they have ‘seen the show before’. The show is best at 1 hour, but can be lengthened or shortened according to your requirement.
